NEC Compliance & Integrity Hotline accepts consultations and reports regarding transactions with the NEC Group. The NEC Compliance & Integrity Hotline uses the "EthicsPoint" service provided by NAVEX, an independent service provider. NAVEX is bound by contract with NEC to maintain the confidentiality of information handled within "EthicsPoint".

NEC Compliance & Integrity Hotline contact is located within the NEC Risk Management & Compliance Department.

Any officer, employee (including retirees), supplier, or other stakeholder may raise concerns either anonymously or confidentially regarding violations of the NEC India Code of Conduct, internal policies, rules, laws, or regulations.
