NBEC

NEC Biometrics Excellence Center (N-BEC) is part of NEC India Pvt. Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of NEC APAC (Singapore) and NEC Corporation (Japan). NEC's biometrics solutions are utilized by more than 200 applications in over 30 countries, including civil identification and national election systems. 

N-BEC provides world class engineering skills and competency catering to NEC's global identification solutions and integrated security solutions business, including its renowned automated fingerprint identification solutions and face recognition solutions.

N-BEC supports worldwide operations by enabling the company to quickly respond to a wide variety of customer requirements - from proposal drafts and specifications, to product development, deployment, and support engineering. N-BEC is involved in developing flexible, open, service oriented architecture (SOA) based solutions for extremely accurate systems in technology environments ranging from highly-scalable server solutions to large-scale highly-available distributed computing models.

NREC

NEC Retail Excellence Center (N-REC) is part of NEC India Pvt. Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of NEC APAC (Singapore) and NEC Corporation (Japan) 

N-REC is envisaged as the global hub catering to a variety of engineering requirements - from product development & support, product ideation/prototyping, custom solution engineering and consulting. N-REC is currently building Global Point of Sale products designed and developed in the India centre by adapting industry best product engineering practices and cutting edge technology.

NMEC

NMEC (NEC Mobile networks Excellence Centre) is the first mobile communication system development centre that the NEC Group had established in India, from April 2012. NMEC centre designs & develops hardware and software for the iPASOLINK series of ultra-compact microwave communication systems, widely accepted as key products for mobile backhaul in the global market.

The iPASOLINK is NEC’s most advanced and comprehensive optical and radio converged transport product family, providing solution for backhaul optimization and transformation for both TDM and carrier-class Ethernet network and versatile and smooth migration from TDM to IP next generation network. 

NMEC Role

Formation of core team to own the complete value chain of design & development of HW & SW of iPASOLINK product series meeting Global Standards.
Deliver the quality product at cost effective & time efficient manner by working with Indian partner companies.
Enhance and extend the value chain to contribute for all NEC’s Carrier Network Business Unit (CNBU) projects in India.

SEI-ODC

SEI-ODC is part of NEC India Pvt. Ltd, a logical extension of NEC America's RSG, and currently provides Software Services to Major Convenience store retailer in United States. ODC is operated & Managed by NEC India and partnered with selected Tier 1 offshore partners.

Background

NEC India, NEC America Retail Solutions Group (RSG) and NEC Japan's Distribution & Service Industries Solution (DSIS) division have conjointly developed an Offshore Development Strategy for servicing SEI and its global licensees

Major role of SEI-ODC is to be an extended technology arm of NECAM RSG providing End to End IT Services :Leveraging a Global Delivery Model to achieve cost benefits:
